Enjoying our front yard

We've spent so much time outside since we bought our house, so I thought I'd take some pictures.

We have a bit of a hill in the front yard, so Caelan has gotten a lot of practice running down the hill.

Saturday evening we went over to the Franklins' house. The kids had a good time playing and the adults had a good time talking. Here are some pictures of the evening...

At one point Mckenna left the room and came back wearing the Redskins jersey that Matt had brought over. Too cute...


Everybody loves to read! It's just hard to do it with three kids on your lap.

Bath time

Here's a video of Caelan taking a bath in our new bathroom, and demonstrating how many body parts he knows.

He also said his first sentence. Well, at least the first one that made sense to us. He said "Daddy hug Mommy" yesterday when Laura and I hugged while he was eating dinner.

We're still in the process of getting our rooms straightened out and unpacking. To say this move has been straining would be an understatement. Owning a house is definitely more work than owning a condo. But the additional space is great.
