The first party was a Carnival party. Since it was outside in our friends' backyard, Donovan and I spent most of the party inside hanging out. 100 degree heat and 4 week old babies, don't mix.
Caelan tried cotton candy for the first time. I think he liked it. :)
Ring toss
The second party was a pool party. Again, Donovan and I hung out inside while Matt and Caelan went swimming. By the way, Caelan is becoming quite the little swimmer. He has been taking swim lessons and now goes under water holding his breath for five seconds!
Also- we've decided that communal parenting is the way to go. Sophia wouldn't let Matt put her down for a while and I was able to take pictures while Dan and Melanie held Caelan.
